Rodent Control Service Agreement

​

We provide a common-sense service agreement. Rodents will never just disappear. They will continue to be in the environment and put pressure to enter any home or business. Our agreements vary in length and max out at 1 year with extensions offered annually. They are transferable to new owners. They include no additional cost to close new holes caused by the animals or reevaluate new noises heard by the customer. We monitor the traps inside the home throughout the contract period. Sometimes this involves an extra fee if the maximum allowed free trips have been used.

Wildlife Control Service Agreement

Common-sense service agreements offer protection for you while allowing us to work as needed to solve your problems for up to a year. Wildlife does not just go away but on going extensions with A-All will give you the assurance that you are an e-mail or call away from getting your problem evaluated and solved quickly.

Termite Control Service Agreement

​

Our termite plans give you basic protection with today’s products for up to five years, and extensions offered annually thereafter. With the current termiticides and the procedure that we use we have reduced our retreats to zero the past two decades. We believe today’s treatment may give you up 20 years of protection.

Pest Control Service Agreement

​

• Quarterly services allow you to maintain as close as possible to a pest free environment. We treat at regular intervals and if there is a problem in between the visits there is no charge to come touch up the area of concern.

• Once a year treatments are available for pest control for those individuals that do not encounter severe pest problems. These agreements include a prorated reservice charge for a year at discounted rates just in case a problem flares up after the initial thorough treatment provided by our experienced technician. These treatments include no charge reservice visits, if needed, for the first 30 days after the initial service.

Our fee structure allows our technicians to be compensated for their work as well as participate in health care and retirement plans. The technician who services your home today will be there tomorrow and next year to help solve your pest problems. We have little employee turnover. You learn to know who comes to your door.
